摘要
应用OLS对我国房地产销售价格与国内生产总值(GDP)、居民消费价格指数(CPI)、居民可支配收入、人民银行贷款基准利率等变量的关系加以回归分析。结果表明,经济总量、物价和贷款利率的波动,都是影响未来房价走势的重要因素。
This paper makes a regressive analysis on the relationship between housing price and GDP,CPI,resident s disposable income,loan benchmark interest rate of People s Bank,etc.The result indicates that economic aggregate,commodity price and loan interest rate are the important influence factors for the housing price trend.
