摘要
研究农业现代化进程必须关注资本投入,因为资本投入是农业现代化进程的重要推动力。江苏的农业现代化目前只是处于初级阶段,其农业现代化发展过程中存在一些内在联系和规律。制约江苏农业现代化发展的制约因素主要有资本投入不足、土地资源紧缺、农业劳动力向非农产业转移缓慢等。因此应完善农业资本投入体系、允许土地适度流转、建立确保农业人才成长的农业教育机制等。
It is necessary to concern about the capital inputs to research the process of agricultural modernization because it is the important impulse of the process of agricultural modernization. Agricultural modernization is only in the beginning stage in Jiangsu province nowadays and has some internal relationships and regularities in the process of development. Restraining factors on developing agricultural modernization are deficiency of capital inputs, lack of land resource and slow agricultural labor force transference to nonagricultural industry. So the paper gives proposals about perfecting the system of agricultural capital inputs, allowing optimum circulation of land and establishing agricultural education policy.
