摘要
利用现代分析手段对4种斑蝥类昆虫营养成分、微量元素、脂肪组分、氨基酸组成等进行了测定。结果表明,4种芫菁虫粉的蛋白质含量(57.06%~65.06%)高于柞蚕蛹,而脂肪含量(6.78%~12.64%)远低于后者,与世界名牌饲料添加剂秘鲁鱼粉相当;微量元素种类丰富,含量接近人体需求,有害元素Pb均未检出;脂肪组成中不饱和脂肪酸比例大、成分全,P/S值接近或超过花生油、米糖油等植物油;氨基酸组成完全,必需氨基酸总量高于秘鲁鱼粉;蛋白质组成以两种斑芫菁更接近于全蛋模式;氨基酸评分以缬氨酸和亮氨酸较高。提示芫菁虫粉在提取药用成分斑蝥素之后,仍然为一种营养价值较高且组分合理的饲料添加剂或深加工原料。
The nutrient composition of 4 species of meloids with superiority in China were analysed. The outcomes showed that the dry bodies of meloids contain 57.06%-65.06% of protein and 6.78% ̄ 12.64% of fat, the nutrient is more suitable for human than that in dry nymph of Antheraea perngi , which has been developed as a edible insect in China. The fat has all of necessary unsaturated fatty acids and the P/S approaches near or over that of some plant oil. The protein has all of the 8 necessary amino acid, and in which, the evaluated marks for Trp., Val., and Leu. are as high as 72.5 ̄146.3, 102.8 ̄115.0, and 153.5 ̄207.1 respectively. The protein composition of the meloids is similar to that of egg model. Otherwise, the trace elements were also checked. The meloids have some useful trace elements but the Pb harmful for human. It is supposed that the meloid body powder could be used as additive in feed industry after the medical chemical cantharidin being extracted out.
