摘要
对我国肖山鸡、白耳鸡、狼山鸡、乌骨鸡、油鸡、白耳鸡（♂）×肖山鸡（♀）、肖山鸡（♂）×白耳鸡（♀）７个地方鸡种进行了血浆、肌肉磷脂含量的比较研究。结果表明：①血浆中磷脂含量由高到低依次为乌骨鸡、狼山鸡、白耳鸡、白耳鸡（♂）×肖山鸡（♀）、肖山鸡、肖山鸡（♂）×白耳鸡（♀）、油鸡，其中乌骨鸡显著高于其它鸡种（Ｐ＜０．０５），狼山鸡、白耳鸡显著高于肖山鸡、肖山鸡（♂）×白耳鸡（♀）、油鸡，白耳鸡（♂）×肖山鸡（♀）显著高于油鸡（Ｐ＜０．０５）；②肌肉中磷脂含量由高到低依次为肖山鸡、乌骨鸡、狼山鸡、肖山鸡（♂）×白耳鸡（♀）、白耳鸡、白耳鸡（♂）×肖山鸡（♀）、油鸡，但鸡种间不存在显著性差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）；③血浆、肌肉磷脂含量有公鸡高于母鸡的趋势，但差异不显著（Ｐ＞０．０５）。血浆、肌肉磷脂含量及１２周龄体重相关分析显示，血浆磷脂含量与肌肉磷脂含量呈极显著正相关（Ｐ＜０．０１），血浆磷脂含量与１２周龄体重呈显著负相关（Ｐ＜０．０１），而肌肉磷脂含量与１２周龄体重相关不显著（Ｐ＞０．０５）。
By comparison on phospholipid contents of plasma and muscle in Chinese native chickens, the results shows: ① The order of phospholipid contents in plasma from high to lows is Silkies, Langshan chickens, White earlobes chickens, White earlobes chickens ( ♂ )×Xiaoshan chickens( ♀ ), Xiaoshan chickens, Xiaoshan chickens( ♂ )×White earlobes chickens( ♀ ), Beijing fatty chickens, of them, phospholipid content of plasma in Silkies is significantly higher than that of other chickens ( P <0 05); phospholipid contents of plasma in Langshan chickens and White earlobes chickens are significantly higher than that of Xiaoshan chickens, Xiaoshan chickens( ♂ )×White earlobes chickens( ♀ ), Beijing fatty chickens ( P <0 05); phospholipid contents of plasma in White earlobes chickens( ♂ )×Xiaoshan chicken( ♀ ) is significantly higher than that of Beijing fatty chickens ( P <0 05). ② The order of phospholipid contents in muscle from high to low is Xiaoshan chickens, Silkies, Langshan chickens, Xiaoshan chickens( ♂ )×White earlobes chickens( ♀ ), White earlobes chickens, White earlobes chickens( ♂ )×Xiaoshan chickens( ♀ ), Beijing fatty chickens, but there is not significant difference among Chinese native chickens ( P >0 05). ③ Phospholipid contents of plasma and muscle in male are higher than that in female, but there is not significant difference between sexes. ④ There is a significant positive correlation between phospholipid contents of plasma and muscle, and significant negtive correlation between phospholipid contents of plasma and body wt. at 12 weeks of age.
