摘要
以仿刺参Apostichopus japonicus为亲本,采用不平衡巢式设计方法和人工授精技术,建立了仿刺参12个父系半同胞家系和24个母系半同胞家系。分别在其3、4月龄时,从每个全同胞家系中随机选择30个后代个体,测定其体长、体重、肉刺数目及肉刺长度,并根据所测数据计算表型变量的原因方差组分,估算仿刺参幼参阶段体长、体重、肉刺数目和肉刺长度的遗传力。结果表明:仿刺参幼参阶段(0.002~1.95g),其体长、体重、肉刺数目和肉刺长度4个性状的遗传力估计值分别为0.304~0.419、0.138~0.24、0.191~0.404、0.131~0.378,均属于中度遗传力范围,说明4个生长性状均处于加性效应控制下,对仿刺参的选择育种具有较大潜力。
Twelve Paternal half-sib families and twenty-four Maternal half-sibs families of sea cucumber,Apostichopus japonicus,were obtained using artificial fertilization of two females by one male with an unbalanced nest design.The body length,body weight,and number and length of the pallets were measured statistically and heritabilities were estimated in thirty 3 and 4 month old individuals in each full-sib family.The heritabilities of the four growth traits were estimated to be 0.304-0.419 for body length,0.138-0.24 for body weight,for pallet number,0.191-0.404 and 0.131-0.378 for pallet length,indicating that the four growth traits are under additive genetic control and are expected to respond to selection,potential genetic improvement for growth rate in sea cucumber.
