摘要
在多纵模半导体激光器(LD)前向抽运的拉曼光纤放大器中,发现被放大的信号波长两侧存在超过100个波长的梳状波现象,分析并研究了该梳状波产生的机理。抽运光中多个纵模和输入信号之间的四波混频作用是该梳状波产生的根本原因。实验观察并研究了抽运功率、信号功率和信号波长以及抽运方式对该梳状波光谱的影响。
In a forward multi-longitudinal mode laser diode(LD)-pumped Raman fiber amplifier, the comb-like waves with more than 100 wavelengths are found on both sides of the amplified signal wavelength. The generation mechanism of the comb-like waves is analyzed and investigated. The four-wave mixing between a number of longitudinal modes of pump LD and the input signal is the fundamental reason that the comb-like waves generate. The effects of the pump power, signal power, signal wavelength and pump configuration on the comb-wave spectra are observed and investigated.
