摘要
为探讨光纤拉曼放大器中的阈值条件,基于抽运光和信号光耦合方程组,推导了考虑抽运光能量转移给信号光能量时的阈值功率公式,并对满足阈值条件时光纤的最大损耗和最短长度进行了计算.将所得结果与文献中已有的阈值功率公式和近期实验结果作了比较,发现文中推导的阈值功率公式比原有的公式更严密,与实验结果更吻合.文中最后得出了设计光纤拉曼放大器时的最优抽运功率和光纤长度.
In order to obtain the critical condition of fibre Raman amplifier, an equation describing the threshold power of the amplifier is deduced when considering the energy transferring from pumping-light to signal-light. The maximum fibre loss and the minimum fibre length in critical condition are also calculated. All these above-mentioned results are then compared with the results in literature and the results obtained by recent experiments, indicating that the proposed threshold equation is more rigorous. Finally, the optimal pumping power and fibre length are obtained, which can be used for the design of fibre Raman amplifier.
