摘要
目的通过检测溃疡性结肠炎(UC)患者结肠黏膜S-100及CD83的表达,探讨其与UC临床活动度、内镜分级的关系。方法取47例UC患者结肠黏膜标本根据内镜及临床活动度进行分级,同时收集正常对照者结肠黏膜标本13例,应用免疫组织化学法检测S-100及CD83在UC患者结肠黏膜的表达水平。结果正常对照组结肠黏膜固有层S-100及CD83弱表达,且二者在UC患者结肠黏膜的阳性细胞数及染色强度,与正常对照组比较差异显著(P<0.01),并且有随病变分级的加重逐渐增加的趋势。结论未成熟及成熟树突状细胞(Dendritic Cells DCs)均参与UC的发生。与正常对照组相比UC患者结肠黏膜固有层中S-100及CD83表达上调,在一定程度上反映了疾病的活动度。
Objective To investigate the expression of S-100 and CD83 in colonic mucosa of patients with UC and analyze their correlations with clinical and endoscopic activity.MethodsForty-seven UC patients and thirteen normal controls were collected.Immunohistochemistry(IHC) was employed to study the disposition of DCs with markers of S-100 and CD83 in colonic mucosa.ResultsIn normal controls,positive cells were detected.The expression of both S-100 and CD83 was detected in a great quantity and stronger staining density in UCpatients than in controls.Conclusion Compared with that in normal control,the expression of S-100 and CD83 in colonic mucosa of patients with UC is up-regulated,which to some extend reflects the degree of clinical activity and endoscopic classification.
