外源糖对毛白杨组培芽苗气培生根的影响 被引量:3

Effects of exogenous sugar on rooting of poplar tube plantlets by air culture method.

摘要 组培芽苗进行气培生根培养前经外源糖溶液处理可显著提高气培茎段生根率和根系质量。试验结果表明,外源糖溶液处理可使气培茎段总含糖量、淀粉及蛋白质含量相应增加,保证了生根过程中碳水化合物的供应和酶活性。 The percentage and quality of rooting are significantly improved when the tube plantlets are treated by exogenous sugar before rooting by air culture method. The results show that exogenous sugar treatment increased sugar,starch and protein contents in stem section,which guaranteed the carbohydrate supply and enzyme activity.
