摘要
为了提高毛白杨组培苗气培生根率，生产大批量壮苗，对毛白杨组培苗气培生根过程中，各因素对生根效果的影响及促进生根的最佳水平进行了研究。通过试验，找到了适用于毛白杨组培苗工厂化气培生根的生产工艺。
The industrilized technology for rooting in air of the in vitro plantlets of Populus tomentosa was established.Various factors that influence rooting were analysed. And the optimum levels of factors that resulted in high rooting rate and good quality seedlings were found.
