阿曲库铵预处理对依托咪酯引起肌阵挛的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨低剂量阿曲库铵预处理对依托咪酯引起肌阵挛的影响。方法 50例ASA分级为Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ级,计划在全麻下接受手术的患者随机双盲分为低剂量阿曲库铵预处理组(0.06 mg/kg,A组)和对照组(生理盐水,S组),3min后给予依托咪酯0.3 mg/kg。观察患者的肌阵挛和疼痛情况,用1~4分的评分标准记录。结果肌阵挛的发生率A组(24%)显著低于S组(72%)。各年龄段肌阵挛的发生率无明显差异。S组中,男性(69%)和女性(75%)患者肌阵挛的发生率无显著性差异。结论依托咪酯诱导前使用小剂量阿曲库铵预处理,可以显著降低肌阵挛的发生率。
