依托咪酯作用机制的研究和临床应用现状 被引量：17

摘要 依托咪酯是咪唑类衍生的非巴比妥类短效静脉全身麻醉药，有较好的镇静作用，无镇痛作用，尤其适用于休克、有心血管危险因素、血流动力学不稳定、低血容量及气道高反性患者的全麻诱导。但其对肾上腺皮质功能的抑制作用不同程度上限制了其在临床上的应用，尤其在对长时间镇静和病情危重免疫力低下患者的应用中倍受争议。作为一种优势显著，又有应用限制，并具备研究和开发潜力的静脉全身麻醉药，依托咪酯越来越受到研究者的关注，对其的研究也逐渐深入和全面。
