摘要
目的:观察愈萎平对慢性萎缩性胃炎模型大鼠免疫功能的影响。方法:MNNG饮水加饥饱失常法复制CAG模型,观察愈萎平给药12周后对大鼠脾指数和胸腺指数及T、B细胞体外增殖的影响。结果:愈萎平高、中剂量组可显著抑制CAG大鼠脾指数和胸腺指数的减轻(均有P<0.01)、促进体外T、B细胞增殖(P<0.01)。结论:愈萎平防治CAG机制可能与其免疫增强功能有关。
Objective：To observe the effects of immune function on Chronic atrophic gastritis rats. Methods：After copying CAG model with drinking MNNG water and hunger satiety disorders law, observe the effects of spleen index and thymus index and T, B cells proliferation on rats which were gaven Yuweiping for 12 weeks. Results： The high, medium-dose group of Yuweiping could significantly increase spleen index and thymus index（both P〈0.01）, and promote T, B cell proliferation （P〈0.01）. Conclusion：The mechanism of prevention and cure CAG with Yuweiping may be related to immune-enhancing functions.
