摘要
为了实现牛蒡的机械化收获,采用强迫式振动减阻原理,设计了集偏心轮振动、土壤切削、土壤升运、牛蒡夹持于一体的牛蒡收获机。该机具采用偏心轮带动振动连接杆使挖掘铲进行振动挖掘,从而起到节能减阻的效果。收获机由三点悬挂架、机身框架、支撑臂、扎草刀、振动连接杆及挖掘铲等组成。田间性能检测表明:其损失率小于3%,伤根率小于3%,生产率0.067-0.2hm2/h,整机可靠系数96.1%。
In order to make burdock mechanized harvesting , The train of thought of design was adopted the theory of anti-drag form vibration subsoiler .The burdock harvester could continuously completed following task , which include initia-ting vibration , soil cutting , soil lifting , and burdock holding .The machine used cam to create continuing vibration , and the stick passing it to the shovels to digging; the system could save driving energy and reduce the soil resistance .The harvester was assembled by three holding frame , main body rack , shovel holding boom , grass cutting wheel , vibration delivering stick , and vibration digging shovel .The working effect was present by field operation test results that the rate of non-picking root was less than 3%, the root hurting rate was less than 3%, the productivity was 0.067-0.2hm2/h, and the reliability coefficient of the whole machine was 96 .1%.
