摘要
通过全尺寸试验的方法,对VAM FJL无接箍式套管的上扣性能、气密封性能、抗内压性能、抗拉伸与压缩性能以及抗弯曲性能等指标进行了考核和分析,重点研究了这种套管在过扭矩上扣和压缩条件下接头的应变分布,指出了这种套管的使用特点和在结构上存在的不足,为油田正确选用VAM FJL套管提供了资料和依据。
Through the full scale experiment of VAM FJL(Flush Joint Liner) casing, this paper ana-lyzed the make-up capacity, the gas sealing reliability, the anti-internal pressurerating, the tensile strength, the anti-bending strength, the anti-stretching and stress resistance of this kind of casing. A careful study has been made on the strain dispersal when the casing is made and stressed. Moreover, this paper shows the casing's defect in structure and its speciality in operation. Some useful data has been provided for the users in oil field.
