摘要
HP40炉管是一种奥氏体耐热不锈钢离心铸造管，其合金成分复杂、可焊性差，焊接时易在熔合区及过热区产生热裂纹，通过选择与母材化学成分相近的国外焊材及采取合理的焊接工艺参数、工艺措施，获得了高质量的焊接接头。
HP40 oven pipe is one of the centrifugal cast pipe of thermal resistant austenitic stainless steel.The component of this alloy is complicated and it is hard to be welded. During welding it is easy tocause heat crack in melt zone and over heat zone. By choosing foreign material which basing materialcomponent is close to HP40 and by selecting appropriate welding process parameter and technologymeasure, it acquires high quality welding joint.
