摘要
研究了氢对不锈钢堆焊层熔合区的断裂韧性的影响作用。发现不锈钢堆焊层熔合区的断裂韧性随着充氢时间的增加而下降。结果表明,氢是引起加氢反应器不锈钢堆焊层剥离的主要因素。
This paper investigated the hydrogen effects on facture toughness in the fusion area of stainless steel weld overlay. It is found that the fracture toughness in fusion area decreased with the increasing of hydrogen charging time. The results prove that hydrogen is a major factor to cause the disbonding of stainless steel weld overlay in hydrocracker.
