摘要
沉井顶管是管道穿越工程常用的施工方法,由于管道在顶管过程中与地下的砂石摩擦,外防腐涂层会受到不同程度的损伤,而且埋地深度10m以下的大口径(D2~3m)穿越管道在地下所受的腐蚀是不可抵估的,实施强制电流法阴极保护是有效的防护手段。该文结合D2.6m管道顶管穿越工程介绍强制电流法阴极保护的设计要点和施工方法。
Pushing pipe with open caisson is the common construction method for pipe engineering. Duringpushing the pipe clashes with sandstone underground, outer anticorrosive coating will be damaged. Itcould not be underestimated that the large pipe of 2m to 3m diameter will be corroded 10m underground. Compulsory electric current method of cathodic protection is the valid measure. Based on acrossing proect by pushing pipe of 2. 6m diameter the article introduces main POints of design and construction method for this technology.
