鞍钢朝阳2600m^3高炉采用了多项成熟可靠的新工艺、新技术,如铁水一罐制、综合长寿技术、改进型高风温内燃式热风炉及其长寿技术、改进型嘉恒水渣处理工艺、全干法煤气除尘技术、喷煤最新技术、炉底炉缸侵蚀模型等,为实现高效、低耗、长寿、环保创造了有利条件。
2600m3 blast furnace of Chaoyang Anling Iron and Steel Co. , Ltd. of AISCO uses many reliable new technologies and processes like one ladle system, comprehensive long campaign technology, modified internal combustion hot stove of high temperature blasting air, modified Jiaheng slag treatment process, dry dedusting, latest PCI technology, corrosion proof mod- e] of furnace hearth and bottom, etc. which lay solid foundation for realization of high efficiency, low energy consumption, long campaign and environment protection.
