摘要
设有混铁炉的小高炉-转炉界面流程存在诸多缺点,需要对现有流程进行优化,逐步实现铁水包功能综合化。对实现铁水包功能综合化的边界条件进行了系统分析,并结合宣钢的生产实际,分析了铁水包功能综合化在宣钢实现的可能性和相应的改造措施。
Due to existent shortcomings in the interface route of small BF small LD with mixer, it is necessary to optimize the present route so as to realize comprehensive ladle functions step by step. This paper systematically analyzes the boundary conditions of integrated ladle functions according to production conditions in Xuanhua Steel and discusses the possibility of its application. Finally, corresponding measures in reconstruction engineering for Xuanhua Steel are put forward in the paper.
