摘要
论述了计算机支持的协同工作(CSCW)和企业CIMS的建设,企业组织机构变革的关系。指出新一代CIMS企业的核心思想是以用户为中心的团队合作为基础;适应市场经济需要的组织机构已从分级式转变为工作小组式。从而说明CSCW在企业中应用的广泛前景。
The relationship of CSCW,CIMS and enterprise reform is discussed. In order to meet the needs of the market economy, the hierarchical management is changed to the cooperative work mode, that explanes prospective application of CSCW in enterprises.
