摘要
本文概述了国内B2C网上药店的特点,并利用层次分析法对国内3家获得互联网药品交易许可证的网上药店进行了综合质量评估。尽管运用层次分析法分析问题时会受到多种因素的影响,具有一定的局限性,但其在消费者做出最佳购物选择及第三方对网上药店的评价方面都具有指导意义。
The paper summarizes the character of national B2C on-line drugstore and applies analytic hierachy process (AHP) to evaluate 3 SFDA authorized on-line B2C drugstores. Although the application of AHP has some limitations, this model still has instructive significance when consumers making the best shopping choice and the 3rd party evaluating B2C on-line drugstores .
