摘要
本文应用小鼠体内注射抗Ｌ３Ｔ４ＭＣＡｂ封闭Ｔ细胞表现ＣＤ４分子，观察胸腺细胞数量及功能，结果显示：在一定抗Ｌ３Ｔ４ＭＣＡｂ剂量范围内，胸腺细胞总数与功能下降。胸腺双阳性细胞（ＤＰ），ＣＤ４单阳性细胞（ＣＤ４ＳＰ）数量下降，ＣＤ８单阳性细胞（ＣＤ８ＳＰ）。
Abstract The number and function of thymocytes were investigated by blocking CD 4 on the surface of T lymphocytes with intra abdominal injection of anti L 3L 4McAb.The results showed that,in certain doses of anti L 3L 4McAb,the number and function of thymocytes,DP cells and CD 4SP cells decreased,however that of CD 8P cells increased.
