摘要
论述了用冰醋酸和三甲胺反应生成醋酸三甲铵,然后再与环氧氯丙烷反应生成3-氯-2-羟丙基三甲基醋酸铵的合成方法及其影响因素。结果表明,反应终点的pH值对产品中的残余环氧氯丙烷含量影响很大,pH值越高,残余环氧氯丙烷含量越低,当pH值大于8时,残余环氧氯丙烷含量为0。
In this paper CHPTMA is prepared by reacting epihalohydrin with the acetate salt of trimethylamine (TMA).The factors affecting the preparation of CHPTMA are discussed.The results show that the residual epihalohydrin in preduct is lower at higher pH value at the end of the reaction and free of unreacted epihalohydrin at above 8.0 pH value.
