摘要
通过对安康市农民收入增长特点和制约因素的分析,指出:第一产业中的畜牧业和第二产业是农民收入的主要增长点;劳务输出是农民增收的重要渠道;国家扶持和保护是农民增收的重要推动力;种植业对农民增收的贡献有所下降。而农业生产条件差、农业产业化程度低、非农产业发展滞后、劳务收入受宏观经济影响显著下降是制约农民收入增长的主要因素。因此,必须加强农业生产基础建设,全力抓好以畜牧业为主的四大产业建设,加快推进农业产业化进程,大力推动劳务输出向深度和广度发展,深化农村配套改革,以实现农民收入持续快速增长。
When analyses on the features and the restriction in the income of the farmers in Ankang, we tried to find out that： the livestock farming in the first industry, and the second industry are the chief increasing points; the labour- export is the important way for income; the national favourable policy and help is the very mover; and the plantation is declining. The agriculture is facing its blocks since the low working conditions. It is further discussed of the ways to help the farmers to have a better promising future.
