摘要
从中国共产党肩负的历史使命、构建社会主义和谐社会、农业的基础性地位等方面论述了建设社会主义新农村的重要性,分析了当前建设社会主义新农村所面临的矛盾和问题,认为:建设社会主义新农村是一项长期而艰巨的历史任务,只有以科学发展观为指导,坚持以人为本、全面协调可持续发展,才能确保取得成功。
The importance of building a new socialist countryside was expatriated from the historic mission shouldered by the Communist Party of China, establish a socialist harmonious society and the foundation status of agriculture. The current contradictions and problems in building a new socialist countryside were analyzed. It is realized that building a new socialist countryside is a long-term and arduous historic task. It could be successful only by the guidance of the concept of scientific development and adhering idea of people-oriented, comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development.
