摘要
本文分析了磨片的磨损机理及对磨片材质的要求，对高铬铁和冷硬铸铁磨片与不锈钢磨片的技术经济指标进行了对比分析。结果表明，不锈钢磨片的技术特性和经济效益最好。
Abrasion mechanism of defibrator discs and requirements for material properties of manufacturing the discs were discussed in this paper.The technoeconomic index of the discs made of chromium iron and stainless steel was compared.A conclusion was made that the stainless discs was optimal.
