摘要
结合纤维板生产的工艺要求,以含 Cr 量为20%~22%的高铬合金铸铁作为纤维板热磨机磨片的耐磨材料进行试验,经性能测试:硬度为HRC58~61,不锈钢与高铬合金铸铁的相对耐磨损倍率ε为2.53倍,其抗磨性远优于马氏体型不锈钢。因而用高铬合金铸铁取代马氏体型不锈钢作为热磨机磨片是完全可行的。
According to the production technical requirement of fibreboard,the experiment using high-chromium-content alloy cast iron as the wear-resistant metal of the fibreboard mill was made.The content of chromium in this alloy cast iron is about 20 to 22 percent.The performance tests of this metal are: hardness is about HRC 58~61;the relative wear-resistant rate of stainless steel to high-chromium-content alloy cast iron is about 2.53.Its wear-resistance performance is much more higher than Martensive stainless steel.So it is fully feasible to use high-chromium-content alloy cast iron instead of Martensive stainless steel as the wear-resistant piece on mill
