摘要
目的探讨女性服刑人员精神疾病的鉴定状况，为服刑人员精神疾病鉴定工作的开展提供依据。方法对108例女性服刑人员精神医学鉴定资料进行回顾性分析。结果女性服刑人员精神疾病鉴定多见于青壮年，暴力型犯罪高达75．00％。犯罪原因主要为家庭矛盾，如婆媳关系不和、夫妻感情不好、妯娌关系的矛盾等。伤害对象多为丈夫、公婆、妯娌等。刑期较重，无期及死缓徒刑占46．87％。送鉴原因主要为情绪障碍、言行异常、不服从管教、违反监规、人际交往差等。鉴定诊断疾病种类依次为癔症22．22％、情感性障碍21．30％、应激相关障碍12．96％、精神分裂症11．11％、人格障碍7．41％等。结论女性服刑人员精神疾病鉴定构成有其自身特点，与心因相关的精神疾病及抑郁症比率较高，精神分裂症、人格障碍及精神发育迟滞比率较低。
Objective To explore the expertise status of mental disorders in female termers to provide bases for the development of psychiatric expertise in termers. Methods Data of psychiatric expertise in 108 expertized female termers were retrospectively analyzed. Results Expertized female termers were mainly young adults, violent crimes reached up to 75.00%; crimes＇ causes were mainly family contradictions such as disharmony relationship between mother-in law and daughter-in-law, poor spouse affection, sisters-inlaw contradiction and so on; injured subjects were mainly husband, parents ot her husband, sisters-in law etc. ;prison terms were more heavy, life imprisonment and reprieve made up 46.87%;expertized causes were mainly emotional disorder, words and deeds abnormality, disobeying supervision, violating jail regulations,poor interpersonal communication and so on; diagnosed kinds of diseases were in turn hysteria making up 22.22%, affective diorders 21.30%, stress related disorder 12.96% ; schizophrenia 11. 11% and personality disorder 7.41%. Conclusion Psychiatric expertise components have their own characteristics; rates of mental disorders due to psychological factors and depression are higher and those of schizophrenia, personality and mental retardation lower.
