摘要
分离过程是化工生产工艺中的重要组成部分，塔设备是主要的化工分离设备。随着化工生产的发展，高效率、大通量、低能耗分离技术越来越受到人们的重视，高效导向筛板就是适应这种趋势而开发出来的新型塔板。
The principle and characteristics of the high efficiency flow-guided sieve tray are introduced in this paper, and some application examples in industry are also narrated.The application results show that the high efficiency flow-guided sieve tray has such advantages as large production capacity, high separation efficiency, low tower pressure, anti-blocking, low cost, and convenient dissembling and installation.Thus, we believe that the high efficiency flow-guided sieve tray could be successfully applied to the silicone industry for separating methylchlorosilane.
