摘要 采用Aspen Plus化工流程模拟软件对优化的碳五分离预处理单元工艺流程中的脱异戊二烯塔进行模拟计算,采用灵敏度分析工具对进料位置、回流比和塔顶馏出比进行优化。模拟得到脱异戊二烯塔的工艺参数:理论塔板数48块,进料位置第26块塔板,回流比7.0,塔顶馏出比0.46。采用小型装置进行脱异戊二烯的精馏实验和碳五的二聚实验。实验结果表明,脱异戊二烯塔工艺参数的模拟结果与实验结果吻合;在碳五分离预处理单元的脱轻塔与二聚反应器之间增加脱异戊二烯塔,可大幅度降低二聚反应器中的共二聚反应速率,使异丙烯基降冰片烯的生成量减少了49.4%,异戊二烯损失降低了2.1%。 De-isoprene column in C5 separation pretreatment unit was simulated by means of Aspen Plus software. The feeding position, reflux ratio and distillate ratio were optimized through sensitivity analysis: theoretical plate number of 48, feed position of 26th plate, reflux ratio of 7.0 and distillate ratio of 0.46. Based on the simulated data, the effects of reflux ratio and distillate ratio on the distillation were investigated by means of bench test, and the results accorded with the simulation data. The experiment results showed that, the co-dimerization of isoprene and cyclopentadiene was decreased largely in the dimerization reactor due to the newly added de-isoprene distillation column between the de-light distillation column and the dimerization reactor. The formation of isopropenyl norbornene was reduced by 49.4% and the loss of isoprene was decreased by 2.1%.
