摘要
目的了解上海市闸北区宝山路街道社区卫生服务中心门诊2006年抗高血压药物利用情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法随机抽取查阅院门诊2006年度处方20980张,调查各种抗高血压药的名称、用法、规格及联合用药情况等。结果有抗高血压药处方占所查同期处方的12.99%,使用频度前4位的是珍菊降压片、苯磺酸氨氯地平片、盐酸贝那普利片(洛汀新)和酒石酸美托洛尔片。药物利用指数(DUI)>1仅3种,占抗高血压药的10.35%。结论院门诊抗高血压药的应用基本合理。
Objective To assess the utilization of antihypertensive in the outpatients of our hospital during 2006 and provide reference for clinical rational using of drugs.Methods 20 980 prescriptions of outpatients were randomly selected to investigate the name,direction,specification and combination of drugs.Results Prescriptions with antihypertensive accounted for 12.99%.The four leading drugs were Zienju Jiangya Pian,Amlodepine Hesylalate tablets,benazepril Hydrockloride Tablets,and meto prolo Tarfrate tablets,successively.Only three of drugs were with a drug utilization index（DUI） less than 1（accounted for 10.35%）.Conclusion The application of antihypertensive agents is mainly rational in the outpatients of our hospital.
