血灵对传出神经药物作用的影响 被引量:2

Effect of Xue Ling on Drug Actions of Efferent Nerve

摘要 大鼠静脉注射血灵,观察其对去甲肾上腺素、异丙肾上腺素、酚妥拉明、心得安、乙酰胆碱及阿托品作用的影响。结果表明,血灵不影响去甲肾上腺素升压和异丙肾上腺素降压,酚妥拉明和心得安也不影响血灵的降压作用;而与乙酰胆碱有协同降压作用,阿托品可抑制血灵的降压作用,说明兴奋毒蕈碱—胆碱反应系统是血灵降压机理之一。并与阻断β1受体抑制心肌收缩有关。 Rats were injected with Xue Ling by vein, effects of Xue Ling on actions of noradrenalin, isopro-terenol, phentolamine, propanolol, acetylcholine, atropine were observed. The results showed that XueLing had no effects on elevating blood pressure of noradrenalin and lowering blood pressure of isopro-terenol, Xue Ling and acetylcholine had synergistic action in lowering blood pressure, phentolamine andpropanolol had no effects on lowering blood pressure of Xue Ling, atropine could inhibit action of loweringblood pressure of Xue Ling. These findings suggested that Xue Ling might lower blood pressure by meansof excitation of muscarine-choline reaction system, blocking β1receptor, inhibiting myocardiaI contraction.
