摘要 研制淋浴喷头喷射流动场测试系统有助于对淋浴喷头综合性能进行评价,进而提高产品质量、开发新产品。在分析了淋浴喷头喷射流动场性能指标及测试对策的基础上,构建了基于CAN总线的测试系统,并采用优先级晋升算法进行总线调度。给出了CAN节点通信部分的硬件电路和程序设计方法,并在硬件上加入了多种抗干扰措施。实验结果证明,系统通信质量良好。该测试系统具有组态灵活、实时性好、可靠性高等特点。 Making a test system for spray flow field is effective in evaluating shower head's comprehensive properties, and will be helpful to improve product quality and exploit new product. In this paper, according to the analysis of the performance indices and the corresponding testing strategies, a distributed test system for spray flow field of shower head based on CAN bus was constructed. The system adopted a bus scheduling scheme based on priority promotion algorithm. The hardware circuit and the related program design method for communication part of the CAN bus nodes were presen- ted. Meanwhile, many anti-interference measures were used in hardware. The experiment results show that the system has good communication quality. The test system is characterized by flexible configuration, real-time operation and high reliability.
