摘要
为对精准施药进行深入研究,设计了精准施药动态仿真测控系统,测控系统由上位管理机、数控系统及多个无线信息采集终端组成;数控系统的功能是配合上位机或独自完成仿真系统的各项控制任务及实现现场信息的收集,多个无线信息采集终端形成了无线信息采集网络;该网络能对精准施药动态仿真系统中的各影响因素进行精确、同步测定,通过定义通讯协议等措施,提高了无线信息传输的准确可靠性,为便于实现数控系统与上位管理机的连接,在数控系统设计中增设了USB转换接口;现场应用结果表明,该系统运行稳定可靠,信息检测精度高且传输准确,具有较强的实用性和推广价值。
A measure and control system for precision employing pesticide dynamic simulating device was designed in order to study precision employing pesticide.The system is make up with upper computer,special numerical control system and multi-information acquisition terminals.The special numerical system can finish the measure and control task with the upper computer or by itself.A information acquisition net is built by multi information collecting terminals.And the relational factors can all be accurately measured synchronously by it.Many measures,such as defining communication protocol,were taken for that the information collected can be transmitted reliably.A USB transition interface was designed for connection of the special numerical c ontrol system with upper computer expediently.The application shows that this system runs stably and the information collected can be transmitted accurately.The technology and methods adopted in the system are practical and worthy of using abroad.
