摘要
介绍了基于DDS(direct digital frequency synthesis,直接数字频率合成)芯片AD9833的电子耳蜗无线传输模块电路。首先描述了该模块的硬件组成原理,并对其中的SPI接口、DDS调制以及功率放大电路做了较为详细的介绍,其次介绍了该模块的软件设计方法。实验结果表明采用这样的无线传输模块,简化了电子耳蜗电路设计,同时还保证了较高的能源转换效率。
The paper introduces a wireless transmission module of cochlear implant based on AD9833, a type of DDS ( direct digital frequency synthesis). Firstly, it presents the hardware composition of the module, among which SPI( serial peripheral interface) , DDS modulation and power amplification circuit are presented in details. Secondly, it presents the software design of the module. Finally, the experimental results presented in the paper prove that the application of this wireless transmission module can simplify the circuit design and guarantee higher energy conversion efficiency.
