摘要 目的:设计一款基于Android智能手机的便携心电监护仪。方法:采用TI公司最新推出的ADS1298高速8通道24位A/D心电模拟前端进行数据采集,以SPI接口发往STC12LE5A60S2单周期单片机,再通过蓝牙传输到An-droid的智能手机上实时显示和处理。结果:该系统实现了3导联心电实时显示、脱落检测、异常报警等功能。结论:智能手机通过一个低功耗、高精度、小体积的便携监护仪,实现24 h检测心电信号并捕捉异常,及时向医生反馈,在未来移动个人医疗领域具有一定的应用前景。 Objective To design a portable ECG monitor based on Android smartphone.Methods ECG data were collected based on TI's ADS1298, which were transmitted to STC12LE5A60S2 MCU through SPI, then to Android smartphone for realtime display and processing. Results Such functions were realized as reahime display, lead-off detection and abnormality alarming of 3-lead ECG. Conclusion The smart phone detects the ECG signal and catches an exception for 24 hours which feedbacks to the doctor in time, via a low power consumption, high precision and small size portable system, and can play an important role in personal medicine in the future.
