摘要
目的观察姜黄对小鼠力竭游泳时间、血液和组织生化指标的影响,探讨其抗运动性疲劳作用及其可能机制,为其在运动领域的开发和应用提供理论依据。方法经连续灌胃给予小鼠不同剂量的姜黄30 d后,进行负重游泳实验。结果姜黄能明显延长小鼠负重游泳时间,降低运动时血清尿素氮水平,减少肝糖原的消耗量,降低运动后血乳酸的含量和增加乳酸脱氢酶活性。结论姜黄明显增强机体对运动负荷的适应能力,抵抗疲劳产生,加速疲劳消除。
Objective To study the influence of Curcuma longa on the exhausted swimming time and biochemical index of blood and organs of mice, probing the anti-sports fatigue effects of which and possible mechanism for its application development in the field of sports. Methods Curcuma longa were given intragastrically to mice at different dose for 30 days, then continuously loaded-swimming test was carried out. Results It was showed that Curcuma longa obviously prolonged the loaded-swimming duration of mice, lowered blood urea nitrogen, decreased the consumption of liver glycogen, cut down blood post exercise lactic acid and increased the activity of lactic dehydrogenase. Conclusion Curcuma longa may have a significant effect on the adaptation to heavy exercise and prevent or eliminate fatigue post exercise.
