Effects of LJAMCE on Growth Performance and Biochemical Parameters in Serum of Finishing Pigs

摘要 该试验旨在研究金银花-黄芪复合提取物(LJAMCE)在猪中的应用效果。杜×长×大三元杂交肥育猪48头被随机分成三组:对照组、试验1组和试验2组。三组猪试验处理如下:在基础饲粮中加黄霉素20mg/kg后,喂对照组猪;在基础饲粮中加0.15%LJAMCE后,喂试验1组猪;在基础饲粮中加0.3%LJAMCE后,喂试验2组猪。饲养试验期为40天。饲养试验结果如下:①试验1、2组猪的日增重均在不同程度上快于对照组猪,分别提高了20.4%(P<0.05)和10.0%(P>0.05);②LJAMCE可提高饲料转化率,分别比对照组提高9.8%(P>0.05)和5.2%(P>0.05);③饲粮中加0.15%LJAMCE对GPT活性、IgG、TG、vLDL等血液生化指标都有不同程度的积极作用;④LJAMCE在饲粮中适宜添加量为0.15%。由上述结果可推断:LJAMCE对猪促生长、提高饲料转化率和改善生化代谢的效果均优于黄霉素。 Abstract: The applicative effects of Lonicera japonica-Astragalus membranaceus Compound Extract (LJAMCE) in pigs were studied. 48 three-way crossbred (DurocxLandracexYorkshire) finishing pigs were di- vided into 3 groups randomly, which were control group, experimental group 1 and 2. The control group pigs were fed to basal diet supplemented flavomycin (20 mg/kg); the experimental group mented 0.15% LJAMCE; the experimental group 2 pigs basal diet supplemented 0.3% pigs basal diet supple- LJAMCE, Formal feeding experiment period was 40 d. The feeding experimental results were as follow: (1)the day average gain of ex- perimental group 1 and 2 pigs was faster than the control group' s: higher than the control group by 20.4% (P〈 0.05) and 10.0% (P〉0.05) respectively; (2) LJAMCE can improve feed conversion ratio, higher than the control group by 9.8% (P〉0.05) and 5.2% (P〉0.05) respectively; (3)supplementing 0.15% LJAMCE in diets has active affect on GPT, IgG, TG, vLDL and so on biochemical parameters in serum in various extents; (4)according to the result of this experiment, the appropriate supplementation of LJAMCE is 0.15%. These results suggest that applicative effects of LJAMCE in pigs were better than flavomvcin.
