摘要
《孙子兵法》是战略学的经典名著,用《孙子兵法》智慧应对国际金融危机有三方面的价值:一是知己知彼,努力把握金融危机的本质,保障金融业的平稳运行;二是审时度势,因敌变化,实现经济增长的战略性转移,保民生、扩内需、促增长;三是趋利避害,以迂为直,抓机遇求发展,以技术创新和人民币国际化为契机,实现国民经济的跨越式发展。
Military Science of Sun Tzu is the famous work of strategy. There are three aspects of value against the international financial crisis by virtue of the wisdom of Military Science of Sun Tzu. The first is grasping the essence of financial crisis and safeguarding the finance smoothly ; the second is sizing up the situation and keeping the economic growth; the third is turning disadvantages into advantages and realizing the leaping growth of domestic economy based on technological innovation and RMB internationalization.
