介绍了筹建PET装置的思路,着重指出筹建队伍的组建,项目谈判和合同签订的注意事项;在建设过程中,要处理好与工程公司和施工单位之间的关系;妥善解决建设过程中出现的各种矛盾。
The thought of PET plant preparation construction was introduced. The points for attention in team establishment, project negotiation and contract signing were pointed out emphatically. In the construction process, the relation between engineering company and construction units should be dealt well,the contradiction occured should be properly solved.
