摘要
The effect of pyrolysis temperature on yield of polyvinyl chloride(PVC) pyrolysis char was systematically investigated in a fixed-bed reactor.The thermogravimetric characteristics of PVC were also investigated.The pyrolysis kinetics was analyzed by Coats-Redfern integration method.The fixed bed results show that with increasing pyrolysis temperature,the yield of char during pyrolysis of PVC decreases.The TG/DTG results show that with increasing temperature,the yield of volatile matter increased.The TG/DTG curves of PVC pyrolysis shifts to higher temperature with increasing heating rate. The kinetic result illustrates that the pyrolysis can be divided into two stages based on different activation energies.The first stage has lower activation energy about 50 kJ/mol,and that of the second stage is about 245 kJ/mol.
