Power Track牵引系统传动特性分析

摘要 本文对Power Track牵引系统的传动原理、几何参数、啮合状态在解析的基础上,导出了摆线轮齿廓曲线方程,及其和链环块园弧面啮合线方程,通过计算机模拟驱动轮与轨道轮以及轨道轮与链环块之间的啮合过程,并应用编制的程序进行数值计算,从而获得单齿啮合动态过程的传动比、压力角、滑动率等传动特性的变化规律。 The paper describes that on the basis of the analysis of driving theory, geometrical parameter and gearing condition of the POWER TRACK driving system, the curve equation of the tooth profile of cycloid gear and the gearing curve equation of block curve face are derived from the analysis. Through computer simulation of the gearing course between the driving wheel and the drive sprocket, the drive sprocket and the block, and by programmable mathematical computation, the regular pattern of variation of driving characteristic in drive ratio, nip angle and slippage of dynamic procedure of single tooth gearing are subsequently obtained.
