介绍了核子秤的基本工作原理和微机核子秤的硬件组成,介绍了在Windows2000操作系统下,用Power Builder实现系统的原理,提出了一种用微机核子秤计量选矿厂动态固体物料的方法,标定结果表明.微机核子秤的计量误差≤1%,并且用户可以方便的进行历史记录的联网查询打印,为选矿企业的办公自动化提供基础数据。
First, the paper introduces the basic working axiom and hardware elements of microcomputer nuclear weigh. Second, with the axiom by Power builder realizing system on Windows2000 operating system, the paper put up with a method of metering dynamic solid material by microcomputer nuclear weigh. The outcome of calibration indicates that the metering error of microcomputer nuclear weigh is less than 1 % . The user can query and print historical record through Internet, which provides basic data for office automation of concentration plant.
