新型香豆素N-取代-1,3,4-噻二唑基酰胺类化合物的合成及其光学性能 被引量:4

Synthesis and Spectral Properties of New Courmarin Formamides with 1,3,4-Thiadiazole

摘要 8-甲氧基香豆素-3-甲酰氯(1)与5-取代-2-氨基-1,3,4-噻二唑经取代反应合成了9个新型的香豆素N-取代-1,3,4-噻二唑基酰胺类化合物(3a^3i),其结构经1H NMR,IR和HR-MS表征。UV-Vis和FL研究表明,3较1的λmax红移,吸收强度增强;3较1有更强的荧光性能。 Nine new coumarin formamides,8-methoxyl-coumarin 3-formamides with 1,3,4-thiadiazole(3a ~ 3i),were synthesized by substitution reaction of 8-methoxyl-coumarin-3-formyl chloride (1) with 5-substituted-2-amido-1,3,4-thiadiazole.The structures were characterized by 1H NMR,IR and HR-MS.Spectral properties of 3a ~ 3i were investigated by UV-Vis and FL.The results showed that λmax of 3 and εmax were gained and 3 exhibited stronger fluorescent emission than 1.
