摘要
自20世纪50年代开始,台湾在经济发展的不同时期,根据具体情况制定出较为务实的土地及其相关政策,不仅保护了以土地为生的农民群体,对农业结构调整、农业转型发展、引导农民创业、提高农民收入,促进农村经济的发展都产生了重大影响,而且形成了具有一定影响力的"台湾模式"。文章在对台湾土地政策对农民创业的影响进行分析的基础上,提出福建现有的土地政策对农民权益的保护不够,不利于促进农村经济发展和农民创业。
Since the 50s of last century, Taiwan had strategized some land and so related policies according to the specific circumstances of the economic development in different growth period. These policies not only protect the farmers, but also made a significant impact on agricultural restructuring, development of transitional agriculture, guide to the farmer income＇s improving, promotion of rural economic, and forming a famous so called ＂ Taiwan Model＂. This paper makes an analysis on Taiwan Farmers＇ enterprising by these land policies.
