摘要
笔者运用氮、磷、钾单因子复合试验、裂区设计,研究了氮、磷、钾施用量对辣椒产量和品质的影响。结果表明,辣椒果实可溶性糖和维生素C含量及产量均随氮、磷、钾施用量的增加而增加。但是,当氮磷钾施用分别超过15.54 kg/667 m2、12.88 kg/667 m2、22.10 kg/667 m2时反而降低。在氮磷钾三因子中其中两因子不变的情况下,辣椒果实中氮、磷、钾的含量均随相应肥料增加而增加。
Effects of N, P, K application on yield and quality of hot pepper were investigated using single - factor compound experiments in the present work. The results showed that, with the increase of N, P and K fertilizer, the content of soluble sugar and vitamin C consistantly enhanced in peper fruits. However, the quality might reduced when N, P, K application exceeded 15.54 kg/667 m2, 12.88 kg/667 m2, 22.10 kg/667 m2, respectively.
