摘要
目的通过比较S100A4 mRNA及其蛋白在子宫内膜异位症(内异症)患者在位和异位内膜组织及正常人子宫内膜组织中的表达,探讨S100A4在内异症发病机制中的作用。方法采用RT-PCR、免疫组织化学法,研究了S100A4 mRNA及其蛋白在、22例内异症在位子宫内膜组织和33例正常人子宫内膜组织中的表达。结果正常人子宫内膜组织、内异症的在位子宫内膜组织和内异症异位子宫内膜组织上均有S100A4 mRNA表达。内异症异位子宫内膜组织上S100A4 mRNA的相对表达量,显著高于其在位子宫内膜和正常人子宫内膜组织(P<0.05)。内异症在位内膜与正常人子宫内膜组织上S100A4mRNA表达量的差异无统计意义(P>0.05)。结论S100A4 mRNA及其蛋白在内异症异位子宫内膜组织的异常表达可能参与了内异症的发生。
[Objective] To investigate S100A4 in the pathogenesis of endometriosis by comparing the expression levels of S100A4 in the eutopic and ectopie endometrial tissue from women with and without endometriosis. [Methods] RT-PCR and immunohistochemistry were used to study the expression of SIOOA4 in the ectopie endometria (n=42) and in the eutopic endometria (n =22) from women with endometriosis and in the normal endometria (n=33). [ Results ] The expression levels of S100A4 in ectopic endometria was significantly higher than that in the eutopic endometria from women with and without endometriosis (P 〈0.05). No significant difference was found between the mRNA expression levels of S100A4 in the eutopic endometria from women with and without endometriosis (P〉0.05). S100A4 protein was found localized in the cytoplasm of glandular epithelial cells, endothelial cells, vascular smooth muscle ceils and stromal cells in all the three endometrial tissue. The expression level of S100A4 protein in the ectopic endometria was significantly higher than that in the eutopic endometria from women with and without endometriosis (P 〈0.05). No significant difference was found between the expression level of S100A4 protein in the eutopic endometria from women with and without endometriosis (P 〉0.05). [ Conclusion ] The higher expression level of S100A4 may be involved in the pathogenesis of endometriosis.
