摘要
作者在铁路运输法规的智能咨询方面进行了深入的研究,利用特征描述事件,将法规分解为最小引用单元,进而建立了特征与法规最小引用单元的对应关系,在一定程度上解决了事件相关法规条文的查询问题.
<ABSTRACT> Through deep study of computer intellgent consulting system for the railway transportation laws and regulations ,this paper describes an incident with features,divides laws and regulations into the least unit and establishes the relationship between features and the least units. In this way the incident-related laws and regulations inquiry is working to some extent.
