摘要
本文在铁路运输法规计算机管理方面进行了深入的研究，提出法规库的数学模型，并给出了实现的数据结构及算法．
This paper studied computer management of the laws and regulations for railway transportation deeply, hence put forward the corresponding mathematical models and gave out the data structure and algorithm for realization.
